This is made for the 4GB version!
OctOS is a Cyanogenmod 12.1 based custom rom.
First install my PhilZ Touch Recovery 6.59.0, make a backup, then make factory reset, then install rom AND gapps (it was tested this way). USE AN EXTERNAL SD CARD!
I just ported the rom to our device, big-big kudos for the original rom's authors:

Known errors/bugs/etc:
- No FM Radio
- No internal SD: Repartition your phone's memory to bigger /data partition, 2.5-3GB recommended, and use an external SD.
- Youtube app show videos only with 360p resolution

the engeneering apk is missing, so we can not activate the mtk engeneering mode.
Is this a bug or a feature?
rom porting based on cyanogen mod disables the engineering mediatek menu
And what version of the kernel in the 3.4.67 firmware?

This firmware kernel 3.4.67, and it is the core of Android Kit Kat. So it's not Android 5!
Great rom, fast and stable ! but I would love if you tell me how could I fix the gyroscope.

- How can i easily resize the /data partition?
- Have anybody else the same problem with dataconnection in germany? I have a very bad (and rarely) dataconnection. My provicer is Netzclub (o2).
