notification led not working and is enable in settings, notifications.
battery drop from 40%
Most battery drops are caused by bad battery, recently replaced mine because of this drop.
Notification as far as I have checked, missed call, no notification, sms, yes, charging, yes.
But since today I am on build 4 already, 7.1.1.
My battery drain from 60%, i gought new battery and its sane…I tryed everything its always same.
Difficulties with gps here… no fix..
Thats strange, general opinion is GPS is just as good as with 5.1, my experience is a better stability.
in may case not battery is the problem because in lolipop is ok, in mm too..so…

I'm still on the original rom (3GB, 6752 processor ), will I be able to flash this rom via TWRP, or will I need to use flash tools?

As far as I know, if you are still on 4.4.1, first update to 5.1 with the Flashtool and then you can update to 7.1.
MM file system on S3 is not compatible with later Rom's.
Only with twrp.
If error 7, go back to original lp or mm with flashtools and then this one (7.1.1) with twrp

But too much feature are not included…

1. Unable to see Recently opened App
2. In Setting many options are not there…
3.Unable to edit Homescreen and remove Google Search Box…
4. RIL not working RIL (Calls /SMS)
5. Any System Update OTA feature?
6. In HotSpot, allow how many devices want to connect…
and many more….
But it is stable… and need improvements…
Recently opened apps, go to settings> buttons> homebutton.
I simply can't install this rom on my S3. Allways give ERROR 7. Tryed to flash an original rom and then this and still don't work.
Then you are still on 4.4 I think.
Best thing to do is install RC5, also here on NeedRom, with the Flashtool.
Use firmware upgrade.
Then put the 7.1.1 zip on internal memory and use recovery to install this zip.
The last update seems very good sofar.
