This is a modded repack of laek.17 v4 KitKat AOSP from https://www.needrom.com/download/aosp-4-4-v2-multilanguage-laek-17/
Some small (but important) additions/changes
-> The kernel has been downgraded to v3 version's kernel. This radically improves battery performance.
-> The rom now includes a bootlogo (laek's default one). The original v4 rom by laek didn't have a boot logo, therefore people upgrading from JellyBean would be stuck with a (jelybean) logo incompatible with kitkat (therefore a weird excalamation mark appears immediately before the boot animation). The explicit addition of a kitkat compatible boot logo inside this new repack fixes this problem.
Before installing a whole rom (such as this one) you MUST do all wipes at least two times since some buggy recoveries do not delete stuff correctly!!!
If you have already installed the default laek v4 rom from https://www.needrom.com/download/aosp-4-4-v2-multilanguage-laek-17/:
I include bootimg_v3_laek.zip and bootimg_v4_laek.zip for people that just want the kernel.
-> Eg, if you have laek v4 and only want to flash the kernel from v3 (for better battery life) just install bootimg_v3_laek.zip from TWRP or CWM recovery. AFTER FLASHING A KERNEL ONLY WIPE CACHE AND DALVIK-CACHE. DON'T WIPE ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE YOU WILL DELETE YOUR PREINSTALLED ROM.
-> In case you want to revert back to v4 kernel simply flash bootimg_v4_laek.zip and wipe cache and dalvik-cache immediately afterwards.

I use this rom about 1-1,5 week. I really like it. Quick, stable and nice. Only these problem i have found:
- MobileUncle Tools: Cannot modify headset volume. I set the Max Vol from 116 to 135 and nothing happen. When i go back one step in the menu and than go back to set it up again the value is the default: 116. On the previous rom it worked fine.
- I really often use the PowerAMP to listen musice while i am traveling to work. Sometimes if i got an e-mail notification or a facebook notification or any other notification, the PowerAMP put the headset speakers to mono (from stereo). I cannot put it back only if i stop the song and start if again.
Only these bugs i have found in the last 1-1,5 week.

Spanish is included in the multilanguage ?For those who want to change the volume in the engineering menu, but can not -delete this file:
\data\nvram\APCFG\APRDCL\Audio_ver1_Vol_custom
After this you can adjust the volume by itself.
I cannot find this file… Where is it exactly? I tried to find it used the search function but nothing… :S
Root Explorer
The problem was with my Astro Explorer (and with ES Explorer). I tired with Root Explorer and with that i was able to do the changes. And working. Thanks a lot!

Pretty good rom. Personally think this is the best KK release. Excelent batery life, but camera during the night not so good. It takes a lot of time to focus, and to take pictures. If someone knows how to make a patch with camera files from original KK UI rom, it would make it this rom apsolute best. Camera on the original rom is excelent.
Is there any way to add russian characters to dialer buttons?
