Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
– Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I have configured APN correctly but, Mobile Data still not working. Help!
I found a ramedy for this. I don't know why but maybe there's a bug. When used, mobile data won't turn on.
1. Configure APN correctly. (Skip this step if you have already configured APN).
(For MPT CDMA use APN – #777, Username – anything@c800.mm, PAP or CHAP, simple as that)
2. Go to settings->International Roaming-> Dual mode Dual Standby Setting -> Card 1 -> Manual Select Network -> GSM Network Setting -> (Press Back Key) -> (Press Back Key) -> Uncheck Enable Card 1.
[When unchecking card 1, the CDMA network will have to be disabled but instead the GSM network is disabled. (BUG)]
3. Turn Mobile Data On and Surf Internet.
[If it still isn't on, try turning on the Airplane Mode and disable it again].
4. After you finished using Internet, Turn off Mobile Data.
5. Go to Settings-> International Roaming -> Dual mode Dual Standby Setting-> Card 1 -> Enable -> OK-> Manual Select Network -> CDMA network setting -> Switch to next network -> I know.
REMARK: NEVER RESTART THE PHONE WITH STEP 2 or STEP 3. IF YOU DO, BOTH NETWORKS WILL DISAPPEAR AND RESTORE DEFAULT SETTING IN INTERNATIONAL ROAMING AND RESET THE APN AGAIN.
ONLY RESTART THE PHONE WHEN YOU ARE BACK TO STEP 5.
Hope someone could fix this bug. No others problem found other than this network bug.
