First of all, thank you for your great work.
I have a question :
the downloaded files are zip files, and you advise to install the rom with flashall_AFT.cmd.
As far as I can understand, this command is for RAW files.
Is there a trick to flash zip files with flashall_AFT.cmd ?

so you've 2 solutions
flash_raw_and_wipe_data.cmd or flashall_AFT.cmd

I didn't notice the full original rom,
I only downloaded the updates, so zip files of course !
Another question about the ROM 2 (OTA), file name R2-Asus-ROG-Phone-5. It is a Zip file.
How can it be installed ? through TWRP, or is it recognize by the phone as an update ?
I tried the last solution (loaded at the root) but nothing happened.

1.copy ****.zip to root folder of the phone SD card (no need to unzip).
2.Turn off the phone, then keep pressing power button and volume+ button until the robot icon appear, then press power button again
3.Press the volume- to move up and down to choose“wipe data/factory reset”, then press volume+ button to confirm.
4.Choose “yes—delete all user data”, then press volume+ button to enter the page as below.
5.It will enter below page after finishing delete all user data.
6.Then choose“apply update from sdcard”
7.Find and select the ROM, press volume+ to enter the page as below.
8.Please make sure the power is sufficient during the upgrading. It will showed as below when the upgrading finished.
9.Choose “reboot system now”,then press volume+ button to reboot your phone.
there is no card reader on the ROg5.
I followed your instructions, I tried with a usb Key on the side enter, but there is no 'update from sdcard'.
Another way to make it ?
