My Blackview Tab 15 (T610) was stuck in a boot loop. I found that the tablet can be flashed successfully using ResearchDownload.exe, but it is important that the tablet is completely powered off before connecting it to the computer.

The procedure that is currently working for me is:

Use ResearchDownload.exe and load the firmware first.

Make sure the tablet is completely powered off.

Press and hold Power + Volume Down, but only after the tablet has vibrated.

Keep holding the buttons until the boot menu appears.

    Select Power Off.

Hold Volume Up and connect the USB cable.

Windows should detect the tablet and create a COM port in Device Manager.

ResearchDownload should then automatically start flashing.

No other options need to be changed.

So far, the flashing process is working correctly.
