y con el programa flas tool
funciona al 100%

This phone uses a spreadtrum processor. You need to use UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R4.0.0001 to flash it. Not SPFlashtools (That one is for MTK processor).
Open Upgradedownload, select the firmware (.pac), hit Start Download.Take out the battery from the phone. Plug the USB cable, press Vol- and put the battery inside the phone and the process will begin.
It will say PASSED when the flash process it's done.
