ROM Install :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6580_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Does anyone have the OTA.zip file? I have soft-bricked my device and cannot turn oem unlocking on through fastboot. From the terminal, it reads:
fastboot oem unlock...(bootloader) Start unlock flowFAILED (remote:Unlock operation is not allowed)If anyone knows how to unlock bootloader from here, or has the OTA.zip (so I can restore with adb or an sdhc card), please leave a comment. The above zip files are not the OTA.zip file as far as I can tell. For now, i am stuck with a paperweight.
Finally figured out a solution. I used SP Flash Tool. Nothing else worked. It was my last hope and I succeeded in bringing the phone back to life. I followed the instructions at dev-labs, https://devs-lab.com/how-to-un.....tek-device.html if anyone else has a similar problem to me.
I did not get to use any of the ROM from this web site, as I had the manufacturer send me a ROM, so I cannot vouch for any of the ROMs. I can, however, say that if you have a soft brick on this device, you still have hope.

I have a question!
If i root my picasso with kingroot, then i cant update via OTA. What if i load last update ROM from this site, will i can then normaly update via OTA?

if load the last rom then you can OTA update again and then ota for 3or more then root again
