Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Hi, I tried to flash this rom. I tried to the comment to solve upside down lcd, but now, the lcd is in the correct position, but the digitizer are up… Lcd ok, digitizer upside down… I modified the build.prop line ro.sf.hard…rotation=180 to 0 valor…
to me to put the ROM I get the screen upside down, how to fix

Hi, i think the problem is in the kernel, i do this and works for me, i download both ROMS the first one, and the las one, then I copy the recovery.img, system.img, logo.bin and userdata.img and flash it with SPflash tools, and it workd, but the screen is fliped, but the axis not inverted, so i only has to edit built.prop, you can use mktools for root mobile, edit build.prop and put the value 180 to 0 in hwrotation, at the moment works for me, i'm testing the rom now, so it if works i upload to you.
Use this version: I9868.H31.02.05.A.B_V03.00621_R (works good)
I think possible fake storage reports with 07/08/2013 which I didn't try
The lastest you will get upside version (09/25/2013) with all chinese language upon start-up..
I was also successful chaging the EBR 1 and ERB 2 files using a windows tool (http://www.chinaphonearena.com.....TK6589T-MTK6582) that was created to make internal storage to 2.5gb, I don't recommend you try 3gb.
The real values of my device perhaps is 3gb with 512 of RAM (4.7 inch I9500 Android 4.2 3G Smart Phone MTK6589 Quad Core 1.2GHz QHD IPS Screen 12.7MP Camera GPS (Gray)
The ROM posted here saved my device. Since I didn't make a backup trying to repartition the device with an .apk app which soft-bricked it. I don't recommend it!

Pls help me on s4 copy mt6572…….I was bricked my phone it is not booting up when i tried a custom rom on that device through mtk tools. now it is only a black screen and continue restarting.NOT EVEN START IN RECOVERY MODE JUST A BLACK SCREEN APPEARS AND RESTARTING IN A LOOP……………………………then I format with some rom and my phone is totally deadnothing happens i tried your rom to flash but after some time sp flash tool give me a bram error (2005)…………………..i m totally frastrated ……………pls help me on this
I'm not sure but you have to find the right ROM for your phone. The ones listed on here are for BlueBo B9500 MTK6589
Not MTK6589 ROM might be totally different than yours mt6572 so it's not going to work. Search around maybe you can find support at chinaphonearea.
If you can't fix it try to send it back for warranty repair or something. Sorry I can't help.
