There is no custom recovery yet, you need to flash the ROM with the supplied factory software which is rather easy to use and fast when operating. Rooting is a bit more complicated, try vroot and kingo or, sometimes both for success.

i couldn't success with that room i don't know why, maybe damage file, i success with 1.0.8 that i uploaded here
