5.1.1 CM12.1 THL t100s v1.2.2 instructions
READ THIS CAREFULLY !!! – Updated: 15-09-2015 (updated with OEM THL kernel)
This ROM is a true Android 5.1.1 ROM, based on the CyanogenMod12.1 release tree. Xposed framework is included just for everybody who likes to add stuff to the ROM. Not needed anymore to disable the proximity sensor. Kernel updated with modified original 4.4.2 kernel from THL themselves.
You ABSOLUTELY need to have TWRP by SevenMaxs 2.7.1.1
I strongly suggest to do a Full Wipe, everything except SD-card and SD-EXT and USB-OTG
Screenshots are in Dutch, but ROM is 100% MultiLanguage, default is US English .
How to install:
- Make sure that TWRP 2.7.1.1 by SevenMaxs is installed !!! Otherwise you will get errors during flash.
- Boot into recovery mode
- Do a Full wipe (everything except SD-card and SD-EXT and USB-OTG)
- Install the ROM zip (cm-12.1_5.1.1_r16_THL_t100s_v1.2.2.zip)
- Do a Dalvik & cache wipe
- Restart and wait a minute or two …
Fixed:
- Proximity sensor now 100% functional again
- Bluetooth works 100% (NOT tested A2DP)
- Build.prop modification: ril.telephony.mode=1 for more stablity
- Xposed framework is not 100% necessary anymore, install if you like …
- NFC added and works 100%
- FM radio (not tested myself)
- Wifi drops workaround … go to Settings > Wifi > Advanced (upper rigth corner dots) and toggle Wifi during sleep to 'Never' and back to 'Always' but should be a lot better already.
- MTP default enabled to make your phone show up when you attach it to a PC via USB cable.
After reinstalling all your favorite apps I suggest to do a manual reboot, for maximal stability purposes.
Known bugs:
- Video camera doesn't run, use Videocam Illusion v1.5 , which has a bugfix for Lollipop
- USSD doesn't work, use USSDDualWidget app for this.
- Random reboot issue sometimes occurs due to battery_controller issues it seems
- A2DP Bluetooth protocol
… No spontaneous reboot yet, but not yet tested intensively.

Hi… I have same faults like tirosala and WiFi can not switch on when it was deactivated. Only a reboot help.
Even this faults a good ROM…
Hmm, this is strange. For me it works. I will try to logcat and replicate this first.
The problems now also with Connection by SIM Card. Only a reboot bring some connection.
One thing. I have two SIM Cards. And the second one I can not switch off. MMhhhmmm …strange…

I found the when i make a videocall and hd voice call from facebook it don’t work.
Can’t connect with car bluetooth and android watch at same time.
Sometimes reboot randomly
Still watching behavior.
Hope you can fix. I do prefer this one more than any others.

ROM is nice, I can say the best ever for my THLT100S… Only issue I faced yet is with Wifi. Wifi is not cabaple of using GSM operator Public Wifi mean to say "Authentication Type : SIM" is not available

For starting its not a bad cyanogen lollipop rom, but its full of bugs, and i know that it's not easy to fix them. The room needs a big revision
hey tirosala, will you try to fix the bugs and share a good lollipop rom ? Im using your z4 rom and everything is good. I waited for a lollipop but i see the coments with some problems. Im sure you can do it best !!!
Well, already we got one more thing fixed, proximity sensor. Working on 3G/Wifi stability patch too.
