ROM version: 6.0 based on official M800_CUBOT_V3.0_20160712
Update 21/08/16: Fixed not receiving SMS
Important: Rom stock M800 V3.0 20160712 has to be installed before installing this custom rom, if you change from android 5.1 to this rom (which is 6.0) you will probably brick you phone.
Modifications:
- Lited.
- Fix NVRAM WARNING: Err = 0×10 on Wi-Fi.
- SuperSu installed during first boot.
- Acces to Engineer Mode from Settings menu.

- Better sound experience with Dolby Atmos + Viper4Android combination.
- Changed mtk browser for Google Chrome.
- Changed mtk calendar for Google Calendar.

I recommend Wipe Factory Reset
First boot takes about 5 minutes and device will have some reboots, because SuperSu installation.

it says "M800 V3.0 20160712" needs to be installed before this ROM – but where can I download it? Any links? I'd love to try this ROM but of course I don't want to brick my Note S

sorry for not replying earlier! Thanks a lot for the links. Only one question left: which "flash tool" do I use? In the M800 ZIP file there is only a CheckSum_Gen.exe and a couple of FlashToolLib Files, but no FlashTool exe.
Is there some package to download I'm not seeing?

forget about it, found the flash-tool in a different download. All went fine. Absolutely stunning ROM so far. I don't even recognize my device, it's such a difference! Thanks for the great ROM and the great community responses and help! It's highly appreciated!

Can someone help me i installed it good and my mobile data is not working even on on mt800 6.0 3.0 android is not working on lollipop it works perfectly,my APN is set and i use Bh Mobile card,i really dont know where the problem is i turn it on but it doesnt show anything
Go to Settings – More – Cellural networks – Acces Point Names – BH Mobile and change APN type to "wap" and that is that.
I mean APN type need to be "default", when is "wap" mobile data don't work.
So change APN type to "default" and enjoy.
The best rom maker by far, this is probably the best rom and good performance so far, shame the guy is not making more roms, we are having lots of new roms with major bugs and no support , which is pointless.

New version of this based on Android 6 v5/v6 would be cool.
