DESCRIPTION
This Rom is made for 1st and 2nd generation phones (MT6589 and old MT65989T)
Do not install Roms made by me on a Cubot One with original Rom Version 0.8 and up, or on Cubot One S
After 8 months of developing XIAOMI gained a massive boost in performance.
The device now feels more snappy and uses less battery.
Games like Real Racing 3 now run smooth without setting any settings in RR3Graphics to low.
Supported languages
Stock languages + German (more will come a little later after testing)

init.d does not work on 1st boot
When ASOP Keyboard FCs, delete LatinIME.apk
INSTALLATION:
Flash zip file with any of my recoveries. I recommend Carliv 2.4 Touch recovery.
Backup your actual Rom
wipe all data (DO NOT USE PREFLASH IN WIPE MENU!!!!)
Install Zip from SD or PC with sideload (adb sideload path_to_zip)
1st boot will take some time.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
The Rom is really great, but it needs to much memeory – so the smartphone is very very slow.

@ jahalloerstmal: this rom is faster than stock or any preious miui roms. if it is to slow there must be a problem with your phone or any app.
how to solve play store issue?
Installed the Multi version and there is not root. In security I have enabled root but it does not ask for root or give root to apps.
I have tried to root with framaroot (which has worked on all other roms) but without success.
Device is cubot on with old screen. Any ideas?
I have reflashed the ROM and root was enabled. No problems with this. The problem with Play store was fixed when I installed Gapps for 4.2 Rom found on XDA. Overall good ROM when you fix the issues with play store.Thanks

I installed the multi lang .. but when i reboot, it's stuck in bootloop.. the boot image shows then white screen.. what should i do? I have a mtk 6589
No funciona el google play
After couple of tries finally I was able to install it in working condition. I had to recover the boot.img from the 0.8 Cubot One rom. After that the phone finally booted up, but I'm not absolutely sure about that this is the right way to install this rom. I find it slower than expected, few app loads a lot before I can use (ex. Hangouts loads a while before I could see my SMSs). Can the swaped boot.img cause any problem ?
If the play store doesn't work, look for the GAPP 4.2 on the XDA Cubot One site. Install the zip with your recovery tool and you will be able to use it.
update on my last post:
I had to remove the rom from my 1st gen turbo Cubot One because it has eaten up my battery extremly fast and the phone was almost always warm and while charged it was quite hot.
Great rom (had to delete LatinIME.apk and flash 4.2 gapp) phone feels a lot faster and battery life is great, many thanks Maximus1
