I've ported CM12.1 for our beloved THL 5000. There are some small bugs that shouldn't affect daily usage… So feel free to try it out

Installation
1. Download the ROM (1st Link)
2. Download Micro GApps package (2nd Link)
(optional) 2a. Download SuperSU package (3rd Link)
3. Put the zip files on your SDCard
4. Reboot in Recovery
5. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
6. Install CM12 zip file (cm-12.1-xxx-UNOFFICIAL-thl5000-vx.zip)
7. Install GApps zip file (open_gapps-arm-5.1-micro-xxx.zip)
(optional) 7a. Install SuperSU zip file (UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.zip)
8. Reboot system
9. Enjoy CyanogenMod 12

@heskar can you try install gravitybox [LP] from xposed? You could reach engeneer mode from it..
I think if the calls work, 3g coverage, sd card and play store is good I can work it. I have an andriod ware device so will be able to provide feedback. Like Meecrob its my main phone so need to the basic functions. Can anyone confirm these are stable?

I can update RIL Libs in next version, maybe that will help people facing 3G issues. Can anyone confirm these issues? What about the call fix, does it work? I need more feedback please
Yeah there is a problem with data connections, i have the symbol like heskar posted in the picture.
And there is sometimes a problem with calls, but not always.
Hi, I have a question. I have both Sim Cards for Mobile Data connection. With 4.4 I had a menü, which ask me, which Sim I want to have for Data Connection. In 5.1 I can choose at first boot which Sim I want for Data Connection and then my phone stay on this Sim and I cant enable the second sim. Give it a option, that I can change my data sim? (in the settings it don't work)

Works great good progress,
All my apps moved on my SD card disapeared after a few reboot. That is strange. SD Card still visible, might be something I did wrong.
I couldn't get the data to work on the SIM 2. Didn't got the time to try it on SIM 1.
Is there an easy way to resize the partitions? Would be nice to get more internal app space and less internal SD card… I know there are some ways to do it, but what is the easiest one for the THL 5000?

Side note: I had my SIM in SIM2 and an unactivated Sim in SIM1. As soon as I tried to deactivate the SIM1 or enable SIM2 as default data SIM, then I automatically lose connection and the SIM 1 and SIM 2 keep activate and deactivate in an infinit loop. That is a weird bug.
I tested v9 today:
I think that is not a problem of only 3g connection but of the download in general because also with Wi-Fi sometimes download works sometimes not like 3g data connection.
Call fix dont works.. Sometimes call is perfect and sometimes i can’t hear anything from my telephone and from other telephone. Sometimes i hear olny from loudspeaker but from other telephone can’t hear. So..
I don’t use external Sd and camera app can’t save any photos in my internal sd. After a wile gallery app didn’t see any media file from my internal sd but after a reboot it works but camera still have the problem. Trying a take screenshot it give an error something like “can’t save because app can’t let do it”.
Engeneer mode dont exist from any app or from dialer code.
Gapps installation works great (open gapps micro) and also no problem with connection.
I guess replacing the RIL Libs will fix connection problems, because they were replaced in v0.6a and nobody complained about these problems. I will make 0.9b with this libs and without the call fix, because its obviously not working… But I am pretty sure fire855 will fix this soon, cause its on all mtk6592 ports, that use this source!
Your Image-saving problem / sd-card problem is caused by the mounting points I chose. The external sd card gets mounted as internal and vice versa. I can upload a 0.9b boot.img with normal mounting points, which should fix problems for all people without an external sd card.
I will look into Engineer Mode if everything else is working…
