I've ported CM12.1 for our beloved THL 5000. There are some small bugs that shouldn't affect daily usage… So feel free to try it out

Installation
1. Download the ROM (1st Link)
2. Download Micro GApps package (2nd Link)
(optional) 2a. Download SuperSU package (3rd Link)
3. Put the zip files on your SDCard
4. Reboot in Recovery
5. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
6. Install CM12 zip file (cm-12.1-xxx-UNOFFICIAL-thl5000-vx.zip)
7. Install GApps zip file (open_gapps-arm-5.1-micro-xxx.zip)
(optional) 7a. Install SuperSU zip file (UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.zip)
8. Reboot system
9. Enjoy CyanogenMod 12

Fire855 just stated that he will probably release a new version with callfix and totally bugfree except ussd codes on christmas (24.12) as a "gift" for the community, but I don't know if I have enough time on this day or the days after christmas to port this one… We will see

USSD Code fix has also just been released, so prepare for a fully bugfree rom!

Meecrob, I tried several times, but always the same red text on TWRP, tells me error, E: / no available ……
Ok in an hour i've install everything: backup – wipe – install cm, gapps, supersu – restore apps with titanium.
everything works very well, smooth like ever, call works.. and its ok im using it like ever… finally i can install android auto for my car (it works only with 5.1.1) for now no bugs.

For my it worked too. No problems.
Try install Rom, then unmount everything and install gapps with supersu.

i have done factory reset
i'm using TWRP 2.8.7.0
For me is the same like Vladimir. Tried to install with TWRP but there is an error …..
