Release: 14/4/2015
Install:
1)First install the Stock Rom Android 5 v2.13.(With new official partition setup.)
2)Install this recovery TWRP v2.8.6.0 ( https://www.needrom.com/download/twrp-v2-8-6-0/ )
3)Enter to recovery,make full wipes.
4)Install CM12 Rom from recovery.
5)Install Google APPS from recovery.
6)Reboot.(The first boot take long time,please be patient!).
Update log:
1. Adapt the official format to the new partition setup (Stock v2.13).
2. Repair CM12 in the new panorama mode the camera automatically and FC.
3. Repair call recording playback silent.
4. Add a single card and dual card switch freely.
5. Synchronous latest CM12.
This ROM works only with new official partition setup.(Android 5 Rom v2.13 and new releases.)
Do not flash this ROM to the old official partitions.(Android v4.4.2 Rom v1.64 and lower versions.)

when it start the setup wizard for first time it crashes . actually it doesnt open the keyboard to enter the wifi password ( it says aosp android keyboard fail) and then setup wizard fail . what should i do?

Impossible to receive any call to any sim. The app "phone" crash systematically. Confirmed by multiple user from Androidiani forum and also French persons … Major bug
New release: 11/2/2015 Bug Fix.
Confirmed that the issue above is happening, came from the 1.64 official ROM and did the 3 wipes and phone app crashes. Back to Stock 1.64
I used the newest release 11/2/2015, turned out the same it cannot receive any call to any sim
The phone app crashing continuously
Used 11 Feb release and now I can receive calls, awesome job
Perfect for me for this moment. Just question, when the tap tap function for wake up the screen will be ok?

If anyone is really annoyed by the new Andoid 5 "feature" of putting exclamation marks on the network connections when they can't detect the google servers and failing wifi over to data when that happens it can be disabled by running the following command through adb:
