I success I thank you I tell you the procedure I did
1) download 5.1.008.P1.20160901.Guide_S1.CPB
2) download QGDP_Tool_Assembly_V3.2.0
3) conversion with QGDP into a scatter file
4) download SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1640_Win
5) Flash with sp flash tool and pres format all + download
6) connected the telephone to the USB keeping pressed volume + volume – and power
Now the phone is perfect thanks
