Language support: Multi lang
Install ROM :
Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
And green circles display
Finish !
You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

I don't think it would work on H7100. You have to consider that H7189 has 1Gb RAM.

The Camera application i'snt installed
back camera not work.
I need a ROM made by phone which was purchased from tinydeal.
This ROM works on my phone but no rear camera working.

After flashing Feiteng H7189 stopped working front and rear camera is turned upside down! Who faced a problem that occurs in this and decided it tell me how to handle it?

I found what the problem is with the camera. replaced module in the phone.
Camera that has the m9p017 is not ov5647. Can you find a ROM with this unit or to make a new ROM with this Image sensor
