Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
as anyone tried this or have made a video just to make sure its 100% working
i tried to edit my comment so i didnt need to reply myself but ive been trying to do this but m cellphone everytime a connected without battery nothing happens then i press the volume up button and it tries to install the mtkpreloader driver but it never does plis help i want to install a custom rom for my getek v9

I got this rom from supervii and after first time "fail" … (upgrade stoped), I retry once more and this rom worked for me !
My smartphone need after connect, to press "Volume Up" to start the upgrade. Otherwise upgrade does not start.
