ROM Mobile GFIVE G9 – ROM Android 4.2.1
add the root
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
CWM
Shutdown (charged battery). And press the volume + power button to boot into the recovery interface
wipe data / factory reset to delete user data and restore the factory settings (Brush must be executed before options)
wipe cache partition clear the system cache (Brush) (old problems of the steering system can also try this option)
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
How do I install cwm recovery?
1) Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
2) Download the recovery.img ( put in your SD card )
3) Start MobileUncle Tools ( Download on Goolge play )
4) Select Update Recovery ( choose recovery.img )
5) Mobile reboot in CWM and follow the instructions( if recovery is in chinese look tutorial "CWM for MTK Platform" )
Into the recovery:
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
- Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
- Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

Under the download link of the rom, there is the link of the recovery.img. Flash it using mobileuncle MTK Tools just like SoCr@Te said in his post.
As for Google Apps, for 4.2 download here: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-2.....0812-signed.zip
Note: these Google Apps are specifically fo 4.2, if you have a different version, like 4.0 or 4.1, all of them are vailable at:http://goo.im/gapps
Can I get stock recovery for Gfive G9?
is their a way to falsh recovery.img without mobileuncle. I have hard resetted the phone and now i am stuck at initial setup, the phone wont complete the initial setup as a result i cant use any app. so i cant use mobileuncle to flash recovery.img.
Can i flash recovery.img from "3e recovery mode". is it possible. are their alternatives?
Is their a way to solve my initial setup problem. the initial setup keeps crashing and the phone wont start. i have flashed gapps that i downloaded from the link above fron dindipai0's post. they were successfull but this still didnt fix my problem.
Any help i will be grateful.
