Install ROM :
1 Prepare a TF card ( capacity TF card must be less than or equal to 2G) , first card formatted in FAT format TF
2 unrar the downloaded rom brush , which will be copied to the A2.bin root directory of TF card package
3 confirmed that the battery is greater than 50 %, if the battery is low, please charged
4 TF card into the phone , the battery in the phone. The preparatory work is completed.
1 the phone is off, hold the "Volume + + + VOLUME DOWN button power button" three keys , phone mode upgrade to begin the upgrade .
2 Brush word "OK" after the success
3 simply remove the battery
4 then connect the phone battery , press the power button on the phone to boot. After starting in the phones menu "Settings" – Save and Reset – restore factory settings – Reset phone – all clear content .
5 the phone will automatically restart and recover the state of the factory, the screen saver .
6 success!

meanwhile I've got a stock-rom from 2017/05 (as I hope in multilingual and containing Google Play Store).
But unfortunately don't know what to do with. It is not a A2.img-file but a rar-archive that contain some .bin, .img, .dat, .html, mbn and .xml-files.
Could someone explains, what to do with?
Tried ADB and fastboot in V 1.43 (from: https://forum.xda-developers.c.....d.php?t=2588979 ) for updating the .img-files, but "fastboot flashing unlock" displays an error "FAILED (remote: unknown command)"
So my efforts brakes this point.
Could someone here help me to bring this ROM onto my Hisense A2?
If you want to get this ROM also, I can upload it somewhere.
Did you try to update this ROM from recovery menu . Connect adb
(adb reboot recovery) it is on Chinese but I think second row is for update from zip.
Meanwhile if you want to share this ROM I can try other methods and post here if I have found a way that works.

it's a rar-archive, no zip.
Can't unlock bootloader with ADB in cmd-window
Have not tried the second option in the chinese recovery-screen.
To me it seems, this rar-archive just works with some special-programs like Qualcomm Flash Image Loader.
Shurely I'd like to share this ROM – just tell me how and where
Meanwhile I have the Hisense A2 together with the ROM in a telephone-shop with specialists. They try to bring the firmware onto the device.
No Gapps and multilanguage at all versions and they are first from here 6.03.10 then update to 6.05.05 then to 6.06.06 finnaly to 6.09.03 . Have no idea where to look.

I got a multilingual firmware from the chinese seller, as I told at 09/08/2017 4:57 pm. Should contains "Google Play Store". But for installing the firmware, a program and drivers are needed. Tried "Qualcomm Flash Image Loader QFil" in V 1.0.0.5 but this program says "No Port available", I assume cause matching drivers are missing.
But don't know where to get the drivers for the Qualcomm Snapdraggon 8937.
ADB and Flshboot works, but with them I can't upload the files to the device.
Stand blocked at this point

now just need those rom to try it will be flashed without problem and if i have success .

Everything went fine . This rom is version 6.03.09 (same that i bought phone same bugs with app manager , clock , and few others but atleast with google and multilanguage) i suspect that this 09 code mean google and multilanguage because few post above there is a post for version 6.02.09 and is reported to have those extras. So we must try to find versions sort of 6.04.09 , 6.05.09 and etc. It is only my personal opinion.
Now on the subject. If at service didint make your A2 – below are all steps.
1. Download and install QPST_2.7.438.3
2.to install the qualcomm drivers (factory drivers) , connect Your hisense A2 with PC using the USB data cable, pull down the notification bar and change the USB connection mode to Built-in CD-ROM. You can now access the virtual CD in your PC (install the setup.exe drivers) and reboot your PC laptop.
3.conect your hisense with USB and allow usb debugging mode
4.dial this code *1973461# POP UP :
debug seting
check : Auto Load usb Device
5.Open up Device Manager from control panel and you will notice a new device is detected (if not unplug and plug again phone) under PORTS (COM & LPT)

6.Start QPST-Qfil select diagnostic port 1.select flat build option 2.select programmer (directory when is extracted rom prog_emmc_firehose_8937_ddr.mbn 4.select load XML choose rawprogram0.xml and patch0.xml
Press Download and wait to finish.
7.When finnished disconect phone and reboot phone manually (Push power button for around 10 sec.) it must take more time than usual to boot.

Where you got the Qualcomm drivers from? Can you post a link here?
If I plug in my phone, no new unknown device appears in the device manager. But an Android Device. Do I have to deinstall this drivers for recognicing my phone as new device?
P.S. what drivers you are talking about in 2. ("setup.exe")?
Will they exist on the mounted virtual CD-Drive and appear, if drive is mounted?
P.P.S can you declare your point 4 a little clearlier? What I have to dial?

Hoping, the service has not bricked my Hisense while try installing the Firmware.
Should got back my device yesterday, but no call from the store.
Btw. for rooting, I have a posibillity, if needed – but costs $20.

This App has worked with my A2 and origin 6.03.09 version.
As alternative to the missing app-manager, I use the tool "TX Toolbox".

I hope too for your phone to not get bricked from sevice . In case they don't do nothing you can try by yourself it's easy now , by the way i made some changes on my post in xda – now looks better.
Actually i'm not interestet right now to rooting (sooner or later it will be made for free) intil then i will continue search chinnese sites for another version with multilanguage and google apps.
There are many alternatives i use ES task manager , and even apps can be managed if you press and drag them to app info button

my supporter couldn't update the firmware. Anyhow, I sent him your ToDo-List and all files.
Then I got my phone back today and tried for myself with your manual.
Worked perfect – and now I have my phone back in german language finally.
Thanks a lot again for your help.
Now I just have to reinstall all necessary apps and then waiting for an update with less problems.
Would be glad, if you found one to offer this here or in your XDA-Thread.
Btw. The new Hisense A2 Pro with a little bigger EInk-Display and Android 7 (multilingual and Google Play Store) should be offered soon in Europe, as I heard on IFA 2017.
