Install ROM:

Prerequisites : hboot >= 1.02.0000

1.- Wipe data/reset factory
 2.- Wipe cache
 3.- Advanced -> wipe dalvik
 4.- Install cm9 (it takes a time)
 5.- Follow the wizard if applicable
 6.- Reboot
 7.- Install gapps

or

1. Flash the aplha 4.0
2. Then install normal gapps
3. Reboot it, it will bootloop
4. While bootlooping remove the battery and start into recovery.
5. Wipe dalvik and cache partition.
6. Reinstall gapps.
7. Reboot
It will work without any bootloops nw
