hi, i have a G716 here and it is stucked in logo only, i've downloaded your file but i was not able to update it using the method 2 that you have posted, maybe because its bootloader status is LOCKED.
i've search a lot in the net but i found nothing, i've read some bootloader unlock instruction but it was for the other model. i try to follow it but the problem is this model is not listed in the official support site of huawei..
PLEASE HELP ME
