Install ROM:
Install with SP MDT:
1). Turn off the smartphone. Cable is not connected to the computer.
2). Remove the battery and insert it again
3). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The operating system detects a new device
4). Disconnect the cable from the computer.
5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe
6). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin (it is in the folder SP_MDT).
7). Click Scatter File and select the MT6735_Android_scatter.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).
8). Click "Start all".
9). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The program should see and blink. If the phone is not detected, then unplug it from the computer,
remove and insert the battery (if the battery is removable) and reconnect it to the computer.
10). After (OK) click Stop and disable any phone.
11). Completed.

I installed the ROM Update 4 1.4 but I have not installed gapps and should be. As I try to manually install the error pops up. Is it normal?
dial these codes on your phone once the rom Boots

2.*#15963#*
Choose the leftmost button on the first row.
Choose the rightmost button on the second row.
Tap on Reboot.
You should have Gapps now, just dont hope to use google services. IF you try to install it an error will pop out everytime you try tro open the store.
Be aware that the above proceedure will wipe your apps and data like a factory restore.
Latmark – WAH! I suppose you should not do it if you have already rooted? Whooops, I'll have to format+download again. I found out that these ROMS work with both 6S and 6S+, and only Rom 5 worked for me.

How in hell do you root these things? If you are rooted and want to keep it you need to stay away from the updates as they wipe everyting. And about Rom 5 working for you I guess is a trial and error thing from what I have seen on this thread.
Latmark, I used Kingroot 4.85, sometimes v4.5 works too, but you must root IMMEDIATELY after flashing.
All I know is that I tried every single i6S Rom for 6735's and ROM 5 was the only one that worked.

Because once, Google Play updated itself, when I had forgotten to set "no updates" in PLay store, but the Play store updates itself I think.
The ONLY thing I can't get past is when I try to install the normal Google search app, I get "error -505" and I have NO idea what that is. I need it for my dictation button to appear on my keyboard, and for Google Now Launcher which is the launcer I prefer on these devices.

I tried to install TWRP with Easy Magic installer, it bricked my Recovery, not that it worked in the first place. I'm pretty sure the recovery rom in this phone is bad from the start. Is there any way to SPflash ONLY the Recovery.IMG?
I guess the recovery image needs to be compatible with the phone, and I dont see that happening unless we get a dev to give us a hand with it.
Latmark, or anyone, is therre any version of MTK Droid Tools that will work for this chipset? I can connect on one of my PCs, but when I hit "root", it kills the program as soon as the shell is established. All I want to do is install Clockwork Mod Recovery into it.

Ok – You CAN'T use MTK Droid Tools – Only got MT65xx chipsets. The developer has vanished as is what happened when there is a great tool, so there is no way in blazes. But, we still have SPFlash, which I just realised, you don't need to flash ALL of the parts of a ROM, you can only flash the Recovery if you want.

And I extracted it with "Carliv" http://forum.xda-developers.co.....ndroid-t3013658
And then I extracyed my Stock recovery. Then I copied the Kernel files from my stock image over the files in the TWRP image, and then I repacked the TWRP rom which included my Kernel info. I had tried to unpack my Recovery with Easy Magic, but it's a locked and encrypted recovery, and the extracted files were all messed up. But this tool is MUCH better. It takes some getting used to, basically, you can only work on one img at a time, extract, extract, edit, repack, you have to do it all in individual steps and you have to keep the current ROM you are working on in the "work" folder.
After I repacked the recovery img, I flashed ONLY the recovery image to my device. And then I booted to Recovery and it was TWRP. But, it was Upsede-Down! But even the way it is, I was able to root my device with SuperSU, and I tried to apply the "RESIZE" Tweak, but after I changed my user storage area from 2gb to 4 gb, I started getting -504 errors.

Hey bebesin, Same thing happened to me, there is only 1 rom that will work for my device and I have to use parts (files) of other roms to make it work. It seems these phones suffer of strong hardware changes month to month and one rom will not work for a different date released phone. You will need a lot of time to find the correct one for you.
