- Under Download-XML, Click on the Choose button.
- Locate the XML File in the rom called "…Android_scatter.xml"
- if you have the file "Authentication File" also located in the decompressed rom
- Click the "Download" button
- Connect your Mediatek Device to the computer using the USB Cable (make sure it is power off).
- After connecting the device to the computer Press Volume Down or Volume Up key, so that SP Flash Tool can detect the device.
- Once the computer detects the device, the flashing or installation process will begin automatically.
- the installation process is completed, a Green Ring will appear.
- Finish !
- Close the SP Flash Tool and disconnect your Mediatek device from the computer.

for those who wondering, you cannot flash firmware using SP Flash Tool without using correct auth file and this auth file is no way to be found, not sure if it really exist or not. The only way to flash is by using a paid tool. So far, the only tool that fully compatible with Infinix GT 30 Pro are Hydra Tool and TFM Tool Pro. These tools can flash firmware and even recover softbrick, hardbrick or bootloop phone if you know what you do. My phone getting problem like bootloop and black screen due to testing something like root, flashing firmware and I keep use these tools to recover it back.

@camiloc5 - for Hydra Tool, everything is inside it. It is a bit advanced software to use. Hydra server for Infinix also has up and down. You need to check on their website first before use. Usually I use Hydra when phone totally black out, hard brick and no display. For bootloop I use TFM Tool Pro.
