ROM Install :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Last KK erased my imei was a pain in the ass, phone apk force closed etc.
And yes..ram usage was insanely high, it should be lower no?

you can try with "Download"* for now.
If that does not work and the message "pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded" is displayed, then the solution should – be> Firmware Upgrade.
It has certainly worked for me.

I flashed the rom yesterday and its quite good. I deodexed it and it runs Xposed framework very well.
Overall nice rom.
Hi, You seem to know what you are doing with roms. I'm having alot of trouble trying to get the 4.4 upgrade working on my G7, I keep getting "phone apk force closed".
I have set my imei numbers and but no matter what I do the phone app force closes. In flighmode I can check my imei and sn. If I disable flight mode and check, my imei is unknown.
I can reflash 4.2 and everything is fine.
Would it be possible for you to upload a deodexed zip that I can try flashing from recovery.

I made a flashable .zip, not of the whole rom but only the deodxed system/app and system/framework files.
It flashes just fine but I only have a dropbox account to upload it to but everytime I try it never finshes.
I tried one day for 6 hours and it only got half way done. Its only about 400 mbs but I can't find anyway to upload it so that anyone can download it. I have no internet connection that can do it. My data is limited and throttled.
I had the same problem with phone apk force closed, so i'm still on 4.2.2 untill they fix it
The Update 8/26/2014 is working very well.
I don't see much difference for the 7/11/version.
I deodexed the system framework so I could run Xposed Framework with all its modules to customize the phone.
I made a flashashable .zip
All this does is replace the odexed files in the system/framework with the exact same deodexed ones.
It will only work on this rom. You have to have it already installed before flashing this. Only on the 8/26/2014 G7 updated version.
Once flashed you can install Xposed Framework and any modules you like. It works flawlessly on my G7.

Hello . its great ROM but i have problèmes with JB ans KK wuth wifi i have weak signal when you set far from thé rooter about 3 mètre ..you only way to get internet work ils set close to thé rooter …any one know solution for my problèmes Thann you.

I live in Brazil and i updated with ROM iOCEAN G7 Version: G7 20140826-103519 – KOT49H – mt92_s9_os903_ousheng_wcdma_kk_ldata_tphone and it works great, GPS OK, 3G OK, Camera OK.I have just one request, to bring up it with english language. Because the agenda, phone and contact, were in chinese.

Upgrade the system by connecting the PC.

Hi all – I followed the instructions above…however, after clicking 'Download' and connecting my phone, nothing happens. I have installed the VCOM USB drivers on my PC and it is recognised when I turn my phone on and connect it to my computer. However, when it is off – as the instruction state – nothing seems to happen. I have Windows 7 on my PC.
I also tried flashing the ROM via CWM and Mobile Uncle Tools – both return a 'this process has been aborted' message.
Any ideas?
I resolved this – it was a usb driver issue – and managed to install both the ROM and the deodexed.zip file. I then proceeded to install the Xposed Framework.
Everything seems to be fine except that I have noticed my phone will reboot from time to time. Perhaps 1/2 a day. Has anybody else noticed this?

It works fine in Chinese , after changing it to english it seems to be fine and it works with 3G network so far. please note that you need to download Smartphone USb driver in order for the flash tool to see the phone and flash the ROM.
Can some one help me please, when i start up the flash tool and ad the Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM. But the nothing work any more.
