ROM Phone iOCEAN X7 Elite – ROM Android 4.2.1
Ported Jiayu G4 on X7 Elite
Call normal – wifi GPS Normal
Gapps include – Rooted
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
CWM
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Jan – tried this yet ? Any joy with the GPS ? Also, strnge problem with the Samsung JLRom – the GSM signal keeps coming and going, and even when it's showing a signal, others can't call me – the network says "mobile switched off" !
I must say that this rom is really nice despite the colours in the settings menu, GPS I haven't tried yet but the rom is really fluent.
As wilt your problems with the Samsung like rom maybe you should thy the update i found on Corner's Blog,dated 130812, I did not get that problem sorry

Been using this on my X7 Elite, 2GB/32GB for 2 days – and I'm quite pleased. The main +'s are : MUCH longer battery life, smooth scrolling as it should be, and it's rock-steady (hasn't crashed even once so far). The GPS still doesn't work AT ALL – I still don't get even a single bar from any satellites, even with updated EPO and A-GPS data. If anyone, ANYONE, has a working GPS, please tell me which ROM you're using. Cheers
I will try GPS tomorrow with tomtom, hope it works but this rom is to good to give up just because of GPS for me
….agree – am using my old Micrmax Canvas-2 for all location-based stuff until I get a fix on the GPS in the X7. FYI – can't even get a ssat-fix on GPS Test (Chartcross), Mobileuncle, or just plain old Google Maps. Otherwise this ROM is the best of the 4 I've tried so far.
After reinstall after trying that new Samsung like rom I had at first try a GPS fix in my cat after 26 seconds and a faultmargin of 6 meters and accurate navigation was possible

yeah that's the one but there is also a new stock rom dated 20130816 which is really nice
The only one I'm seeing with that date is the Koobee MAX X7 LeWa - is that the one you're referring to ?
No it is a stock rom I found on htcmania
have been using this (Jiayu G4) ROM for a few days, and I must say it's really quite good. Only drawbacks : 1) GPS still doesn't work for me – grrrrr 2) The settings menu colours are aweful, but you get used to it, and it's not really a bother, 3) I have 2 batteries – stock 2000mAh and 3000mAh – when I swap them, the battery percentage persists from the previous battery. 4) This is a more serious issue – when I put it for an overnight charge, the daydream clock shows the correct time, but the phone is completely "hung" – touchscreen doesn't work, neither does a power-button click, and nor does it receive calls/sms – you need to do a battery-pull to get it going.
