ROM Install : with update on sd card (you download file JIAYU G3 SD )
Card brush, set the software package two files into the T card root directory, as shown below:
(1) upgrade package: update.zip
(2) AAAAB3NzaC1kc3MAAACBANLc2NCufBz0lBUupztiXI7rUnhY3bOojTMmGD0SR68e8kK00EM5n0ghfpaDxayZD.zip Folder
- Enter the interface as shown below, click on the system upgrade interface shown in the figure appears, click on the down arrow to the right, appearing in interface begins upgrade
ROM Install : with Flashtool and recovery (you download file JIAYU G3 FL )
Unpacked driver installation and install.
To unpack SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1244.0.sn85.zip run Flash_tool.exe
Select a the in MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in Recovery with Flashtools
Click Flash_tool.exe interface Firmware-> Upgrade
Phone after taking the battery in put something
Connect the data cable
Brush finished with green circles appears
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Update by SD Card doesn't work for me. Failed mi way. Have to remove the battery to reboot the phone. Tried with and without ROOT.
Don't have access to a PC under Windows to test the second method.
hi did anyone installed this via recovery? i tried but im getting an error everytime. My rom now is the latest maizi jellybean rom, do you think it is also a factor? please advise thank you
I did manage to install this using CWM recovery. You need to edit the updater-script (under META-DATA) in the update.zip file. Your recovery is probably failing on the first line in the script something like this:

getprop("ro.board.platform") == "MT77_H958_ICS");
If you google for this assert you will find some more info.

I used flash tools for the first time, took a few attempts, my laptop founf the drivers. Had to start all the individual usb connections options (when you atatch mobile to PC) and each time it loaded new drivers from the net. Once that was done, flash tools worked.
Best ROM by far!!
Never done this, and i don't want to kill my phone. SD card install fails. needed to remove battery then it works lukely . want to try with flash tools but have a questions. i quiz before i need to do this i need to enable USB debugging? only my windows 7 x64 install then the driver . Android Composite ADB Interface, will not allow to be changed.. does this matter? for the flash tools?
