Can I install this ROM using CMW? Wipe cache + Wipe Factory Reset + Wipe Dalvik cache and then using the g3_4.12_0207.zip file?? Thanks!!

I have installed the gapps but I can't syncronize my contacts with Google and Google Play doesn't work. Any other one have the same problem and know how to solve it? Thanks in advance!
I had the same problem I flashed

Then go settings>>apps>>google play app – clear cache disabled, then go to google play services do the same. Then lastly enabled the google play app. This worked for me
If google play app gives error..please remove and recreate account.
