ROM Mobile JIAYU G5S – ROM Android 4.2.2
ONLY MT6592
Official ROM JIAYU G5S version : G5S 20140422-120813
Gapps include – No Rooted
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Call ID fixed?
Whats wrong with the call Id?
Now no seperate wallpaper for desktop and lockscreen , thats fine.
Not all contacts are displayed in the dialer and messages – it displays only number.
What about GPS? It is not steady in official rom. I can hardly keep 3 satellites in view..
Who flashed this Rom? And can say something about the performance, GPS, bugs, new things etc? What is different when compared to the previous Rom?
trying to flash this rom , but when i load the scatter in Sp Flash tool i got the message: "Error: Initializing scatter file failed. Please check the name of the scatter file which you load is legal"
with another version of SP Flash Tool(V3.1332) it saying: "Incorrect scatter file format ! "
its working with the scatter file… just keep trying several times and make sure you have the right usb driver
are you 100% that is working ? did you try it? if is "yes" with what version os SP Flash Tool do you made it? Because for me is not working, the same error again and again… The other version of JiaYu rom is working, but with this one not…
Took me days before i figured it out… You need to delete the chinese characters from the folder name.

Updated today to this Rom. Works fine. Is rooted, when you seclect the Superuser option in the security menu.
Rest is same as previous stock rom. Cant tell the difference.
