i need some help i want to install the rom but have some questions.
do i first need to copy the rom on my sd card?
or must it be in the directory from the update tool?
do i need to install pc drivers first because the update tool tells me waiting for device.

I have exactly the same problem. I also noticed that the on green recovery screen one message appears asking "Fastboot : recovery ?" but I can't press any buttons. Please help!
I finally installed this rom. It was something like this:
- connected the phone to PC as SD card reader
- there was a pcdrivers.zip on the phone, copied to PC and unpacked to a directory
- reconnected the phone to PC, and when it prompted to install all sort of drivers I directed the installer to the directory above
- copied the ROM to phone sd-card (internal or external)
- with the phone conected to PC, powered off the phone and the pressed power + volume up, green screen appeared, still pressed the power + volume up untill another screen appeared (blue or red, I can't remember exactly
). Released keys and recovery appeared (mine was in English, the one from this ROM is in Chinese so it was not good for me).
- if PC still asking for drivers, redirect to directory above
- cleared cache, installed ROM (from internal or external sd-card)
