1 file download: w866_recovery.rar
After extracting follows
2 into AP mode
Phone off , press and hold the volume up key, and then press the power button will display green screen , had about 2 to 3 seconds , then let go, after the phone becomes a black screen
3. Install driver
Use data cable to the computer, you will be prompted to install the driver, click Cancel
Open the computer Device Manager Update Driver
Right-click "My Computer" – Properties – Hardware – Device Manager
Select drive folder usbpcdriver
4 Open kit, run the brush recovery.bat
Finished, unplug the battery loaded, the boot

After extracting contents are as follows
Install the driver, if installed, can be skipped. Detailed graphic reference driver folder within the document
The phone is turned on USB debugging mode
Click run "root.bat"

I am not able to upgrade the rom by the method given above… Recovery does not allow to install the usbpc driver. I have a rooted ICS 4.0.4 phone. tried thru phone recovery mode …shows error.. 2 out of three args found. installation aborted.. on restarting it worked on lewa but mobile network not working
