Requirements:
Rooted Gionee P3 phone
Custom recovery: any custom recovery (I used CTRv2.2)
Instructions:
1.Go to recovery by pressing power button and volume up together
2.Go to mounts and storage and format System
3.Go to wipe menu and wipe cache, data and dalvik cache
4.Then flash the linked zip file.
First boot takes time..Be patient
BUGS: Haven’t found any. Tell me if u find any.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Root by CWM. download SuperSU.zip and Flash using CWM
nice room sir plece android L custom rom for gionee p3
It wont be root. i tried with many apps nd pc softwares but cant able to root.
I request to rom developer to please suggest me what steps taken for root this cool rom.

Install it through a custom recovery and your phone will be rooted.

Before you install this ROM, it is recommended to do a complete wipe of cache partition, Dalvik cache and data. If data is not wiped, apps will crash after you start your phone with the new ROM.
As for the SuperSu.zip, you don’t have to wipe anything.
So what you need to do in recovery is
1. Wipe data and cache partitions.
2. Install custom ROM
3. Install SuperSu.zip
4. Reboot
Just plain brilliant. No bugs as of now[though I've just installed]. ART works beautifully.
I installed this ROM.Rooted it.It's the best ROM ever.Can't wait for the lolipop one
Problem with usb debugging.It gets enabled but not showing in adb devices.Also tried Vroot, droidexplorer, android commander and mobilego.Device is not getting detected with this rom.Please help, this is really kitkat, 4.3 apps gets installed, want to keep it.Smooth and stable like stock rom.
