hi i have the same problem (com.android.phone) I already tried with FlashTool and recovery and the same.
I tried the solution of the question already tried factory reset and also on apn.

Great ROM so far. Thank You all (Marsapa too) for it. However I have problems with Link2SD. It can't create mount script, but i can move apps to sdcard instead. And "App Backup & Restore" app have an issue regarding using the sdcard backup directory (i have to edit it every time because it does not save the modified one). TB is a known issue already. I haven't tried yet GPS, Xposed or Gravity. It work great in rest (more than 98% of time).
