Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6580_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Please read carefully. There are two board types for XM100.
You should check BEFORE which board you have and flash ONLY firmware for your board.

Does this smartphone has Android 6.0 OS? They mark this kind of phone with $60, it is reasonable. But I will suggest you a better one – Bluboo Maya with 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, 8MP+13MP cameras and Android 6.0, price is $69.99, I am considering of getting one on its pre-sale time.
Hi guys, I'm trying to fix a xm100 pro, found a rom by SoCr@Te but it says image lk checksum failed while trying to upload scatter.txt, any idea?would a xm100 rom suite mine? thanks

Hi I Think The Rom 2 Update Version 6 is Version 6 and Version 7 is Version 6 ?
While Date from 6 is later then from 7.

on this site, there are two roms. one of them (oldone V178) worked for me. Space for apps is 4,5GB, display and sound working.

Which ROM version (date) did you use? What kind exactly is the problem?
V178 and V178C are two different board.
If it works ROm2 you should use always ROM2.
Pleae use a previous version of ROM2.
Bovirus, please advise. If ROM 1 has black screen after booting (but i hear booting melody) and ROM 2 has no sound (but display is working), which one i should pick ? Or where am i doing some mistake ?
