for root use genius root via handphone and pc
Try framaroot. I did mine via a romanian site but you'll have to register in order to download the files… and use google translate of course…

Or you can acces LENOVO.ru forums A328 section and you'll find even a custom rom made by savyol which allows users to move apps to sd by default!
