I tried not being rooted, and:
Holding volume + and – and connecting to pc nothing happens, upgrade download stays "waiting".

Ok, I'm rooted, but if I try to reboot my mobile in debbugin mode o whatever it's called it appears the android with a red caution sign…. any help?
