   I install this rom on my A396 SC8830.JUST READ and you will not spend whole day like me trying install.  I used 32 bit windows 7(without antivirus) and I install DRIVERS from here https://www.needrom.com/downlo.....novo-a396-root/

   Install:(TUTORIAL by Robert)

   1.install DRIVERS from here https://www.needrom.com/downlo.....novo-a396-root/

   2 Unpack ROM and extract FOLDER   A396_S217_140629 on desktop
   3 Run  ResearchDownload from FOLDER  A396_S217_140629, 
   4 Click on "Load packet" and add the FILE A396_S217_140629 .pac from FOLDER  A396_S217_140629
   5 Click on "PLAY"(Before you click start or play button you need switch off the phone and then press vol – and conect usb cable to the computer.)
   6 Finish when you see PASSED

    

   7.Remove Battery for 5 sec after you see PASSED and start cell again

   8.If rom is not root(My was,but I do it again by Kingo)You can Root by Kingoroot and after root, you need root explorer(you can find on http://www.apkhere.com/app/com.....re.rootexplorer).I used version 5/29/2013 3.0 with this you can erase some apps which make cell slow like:Mobogenie,Clean Master,Du Battery…These apps you can delete via Root Explorer in /system/app folder

   I have a question… Why after I flash my lenovo A396, when i make a call, there is nothing I hear on the phone. The call is connected but the phone cannot hear anything.. any solutions about this or i'm having a mistake? please let me know a.s.a.p.
