OK, after a lot of fiddling about and some help from the kind folks at etotalk my phone is alive again! In general: unbricked phone using info from link below, put full original ROM back ("firmware upgrade"), installed etotalk using recovery.

Hi, the ROM is realy good, but I have one problem – Data connection isn't working. Conection is swithing on about 30 sec., then It seems like everyting is OK, but there is not conection. If anyone can help? Thank's in advance!
