Extract all the files in the package to your desktop.
now, turn your phone off/remove the battery/put it back in/don’t turn it on.
Install your usb driver.disconnect your phone after driver installation,remove the battery
To unpack TOOL run Flash_tool.exe
Select a the in scatter.txt in Recovery
Click Flash_tool.exe interface Firmware-> Upgrade
Phone after taking the battery in put something
Connect the data cable
Brush finished with green circles appears

where is recovery
I have installed successful, but unfortunately the root (superuser) didn't work at all. Does this rom was rooted? Did you try it before posted it on?
If it is not, then how I can get my levy rooted?
