you can root this device after flashing by Mr SoCr@Te rom only [Tested]
the program for root is KingRoot you can Download from this link
I Recommend to Root for Remove some apps from rom maybe download a Ghost Push Virus in the future
and you can remove it from Superuser that maked by the Kingroot that in delete section
