Install ROM:
CWM
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
– Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

Make a wipe data/cache/davlic, format/system.
After that instal the rom and will be ok.
staf Rom is works goood but panorama not work and set my wallpaper in galery not worktoo. but i thing all setup work. first 4.2 work on A820. 1 problem for me i need czech language

more issues, seems to drain battery very quick, also something is consttantly running as phone seems to very warm all the time, whatever it is would explain poor battery life, to many issue will go back to infrared rom me thinks
