Install ROM:
Need a memory card, create folder sdfuse and copy to install on this ROM (QSB tailed).
a) normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device;
b) New sdfuse folder, unzip the downloaded firmware, and copied file QSB to the phone sdfuse directory;
Note: Make sure before upgrading phone there is a certain amount of power
2. T card upgrade process
Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot, a menu appears and select the fourth SDUPDATE, the bottom of the screen you can see the progress and status upgrade
See "SDCARD UPDATE SUCCESS!!!" Indicates a successful upgrade

Google and download saferoot apk to root the device if y'all somehow still have a820e in possession like I do
Please be noted I have tested the above mentioned root method successfully. As for recovery, it can be obtained from "http://lenovo-forums.ru/index......=1624" or using OneKeyTool "http://pan.baidu.com/wap/link?.....ird=0" . Kindly informed, I haven't flash the recovery myself. My device was shipped rooted with chinese cwm, it crashed and I have to flash and root the official ROM but the recovery remains stock ever since. The above ROM is China Telecom version, I believe there is no official international version.
