ROM Install :
Need a memory card, create folder sdfuse and copy to install on this ROM (QSB tailed).
a) normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device;
b) New sdfuse folder, unzip the downloaded firmware, and copied file QSB to the phone sdfuse directory;
Note: Make sure before upgrading phone there is a certain amount of power
2. T card upgrade process
Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot, a menu appears and select the fourth SDUPDATE, the bottom of the screen you can see the progress and status upgrade
See "SDCARD UPDATE SUCCESS!!!" Indicates a successful upgrade
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
ANOTHER TUTORIAL that is in plain english:
1. find and download this firmware>>> K910_SS_S_2_040_0109_131226 and unzip into your harddrive. the uncompressed file should look like this >>>K910_SS_S_2_040_0109_131226.QSB
To install a QSB Firmware file on the K910 (without SDCARD/DUAL SIM)
1. make a directory in the INTERNAL SDCARD called SDFUSE.
2. COPY the extracted QSB Firmware file into the SDFUSE folder.
3. Shutdown the phone.
4. Press the down volume key and press the power key until the phone gives a short vibrate.
5. Let go of the keys and you will enter the factory loader mode. THIS IS NOT THE RECOVERY MENU. (That's accessible through upvol+dwnvol+pwr)
6. select the 4th option. install from SDCARD. follow the on screen instructions.
2. ROOT AND APPLY GOOGLE APPS
3. FInd and download:
VIBEROM_V1.0_1411_5_ST_K910_NK_5C44.zip (STABLE Locked bootloader)
or
VIBEROM_V1.0_1413_DEV_K910_NK_CBF6.zip (Developer version. Unlocked Bootloader)
4. Install one of the files above via Recovery (VOLUP+VOLDWN+PWR)

I am trying to install the multilanguage version.
Poit 1 and 2 are done, but point 3: after I strat the batch file, the next appears… press any key to continu, after that, it appears: waiting for device… and no action more!!!
The phone is connected. I can copy or delete anything on the rom of the phone…
What is the problem in Godsname??

connect the phone. go to the folder of the multilanguage update. press shift while rightclicking and select "open command prompt". type adb devices. it should list your phone. if it's listed then it should work. be sure that your firmware is 101.
BTW is your phone the K910SS with dual sim with completely chinese firmware?
because it would be just like mine, and the only solution for me was to just update the thing to K910_SS_S_2_040_0109_131226 via OTA. Then install VIBEROM_V1.0_1413_DEV_K910_NK_CBF6.zip. then root and added GAPPs. afterwhich, i deleted the hell out of all the chinese apps.
the only things you wont and should not touch are the lenovo "DO IT" apps. (secureit, seeit, etc) these are hardcoded/integrated into the firmware.
once done you'll have a 97% working phone. the other 3% are the localized chinese stuff like:
1. flipcover weather widget on the lockscreen. cannot change the preset chinese locations.
2. caller id for unknown number will say unknown location. the phone tries to look for the correct id based on china phone number prefix. (theres a workaround for this)
3. Secureit data usage calibrations only works in china. (workaround is to manually calibrate)

Trying to install K910_w_SS_S_2_040_0081_131202.qsb however its saying 'file size error!'…unable to connect to PC via usb…device not detected. I have install the usb driver but the MTP keep failing…help?
I think i bricked my phone. I'm stuck on Lenovo logo and i can't go neither in recovery or factory mode with volume key press etc. Any idea???
How do you install custom recovery to this phone? I can enter only in the factory loader mode, but get error when trying to install the .qsb file in sdfuse folder. Any idea how to install and enter the custom cwm recovery?
Anyway to recover bootloader from a user who write wrong file on his Lenovo K910 ??

If you are following Vipers post and you get stuck after running your *.bat file, e.g. runs half way and stops at waiting for phone. It means you had extracted the files to a folder that named with Chinese fonts.
Your silly mono english English windows can't read Chinese font so it will fail. So Rename that folder to anything in the alphanumeric characters e.g. newrom
Run the bat again and it will take the upgrade all the way and it will find that QSP you had put in the SDFUSE folder. i.e. wither the old rom ending in _101, _202 or the 226.
Hope that joins the dots for everyone since the instructions is not clear enough.
one other tip: make sure you factory reset and wipe user data and complete the first setup screen before you start,
Else you might bump into some weird buggy errors. The reason is because your phone is trying to run with factory defaults but your apps thatyou have previously installed have been unconfigured and breaks.
