You should install the driver for K910 from virtual CD which appears when you plug it. to PC. Open "My Comp" then and see the "Lenovo K910" there. Open it and see "System storage". It's mounted "sdcard" folder, so you can/paste ROM here, reboot into recovery and "install zip from sd card"
