ROM Install :
CWM
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

Better use TWRP, recovery is always unlocked and you can easily boot into recovery for sideload
With TWRP, you dont need to go back to 4.2.2 to unlock recovery. Just download ROM, boot into recovery and sideload. It works even your phone is encrypted. No data lost. Great

copy to SD/sdfuse folder the K910_SS_S_2_040_0109_131226.qsb file
- switch off the phone
- push together the power and volume down button
- if the phone switched on, choose the 4. SD Update and follow the instruction
- reboot
- Now go to install th
- Download all files
- boot into bootloader (adb reboot-bootloader)
- boot into CWM recovery (fastboot boot cwm_recovery_custom.img)
- flash the rom with recovery (adb sideload filename, or from SD)

compatible to dual sim, not sure about single sim LTE.
If you come from 4.2, please back up all user data, it will wipe all.
uhm.. in CWM I got an error.. "package expects build fingerprint of kiton or kintonw: this device has K910" .. which cwm recovery img to use?

If you are starting with a locked bootloader and cannot seem to boot into recovery.img you should flash a unlocked qsb.
1. Download K910_SS_S_2_040_0109_131226.qsb place it in sdfuse folder in storage.
Turn off phone, press power + volume down to boot in recovery use option 4 to flash the qsb file
This will revert you back to 4.2.2 with an unlocked bootloader.
If your bootloader is already unlocked start from here:
2. Download the rom, I would not recomend this one though, it made my phone freeze and unusable, I recomend the latest official stable. While I am writing this it is VIBEUI_V1.5_1423_10_ST_K910 running Kitkat 4.4.2 available from needrom. Download it and place it in your sdcard root.
3. Connect your phone to PC, make sure to install the Lenovo driver which shows up if you browser the lenovo installation drive. Enable USB Debugging from your phone on the menu that shows up when you connect it. Also go to settings, version information, click on Internal version number several times until it says: You are now a develloper
4. Download Minimal ADB, Install it. Open it. Now Type: adb reboot-bootloader
This will reboot your phone into the bootloader screen
5. Download this This kiton img (make sure to rename it to recovery.img)
Boot your phone in CWM via adb with the following command command: fastboot boot recovery.img.
6. Install zip VIBEUI_V1.5_1423_10_ST_K910 from CMW on your phone
7. Reboot
8. Follow the below steps to root and install GApps etc…

Unlock international cities for Lenovo weather + other tweaks using:
Android Xposed: http://dl.xposed.info/modules/.....bv.android.xpos
and its module VibeXpert: http://dl.xposed.info/modules/.....vum.vibexpert_v
You can then remove chinese apps and bloatware using Titanium Backup or any other similar App.
The rom is great, however it will lock your bootloader, but who cares since you can still root using Root Genius.
i have k910 Dual Sim and i installed this rom.my phone restarts itself after 5-10 minutes and sometimes it is stuck on black screen while menu buttons color are white but phone is hanged
networt signal also drop frquently…anyone having same problems too ?
Im using it as well, no problem so far. Monitoring Battery usage now, seems drain more than Vibe UI 1.5
I had the same problems, phone was hanging, unusable at times. Reverted back to 4.2.2 via qsb and then used the latest stable vibe1.5.
