ROM Install :

CWM

Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
            – Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
            – Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
            – Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

Hello Everybody ! I have a problem :

E:\lenovo>fastboot boot cwm_recovery_custom.img
downloading 'boot.img'… OKAY [ 1.023s]
booting… FAILED (remote: Locked)
finished. total time: 1.025s

My Bootloader is Locked. Have new Lenovo Recovery, and no more Flash CWM, nothing.

fastboot oem unlock not working !

Help me please to unlock bootloader !

rom is ok, for dual sim, locked bootloader, no recovery

for root follow the next steps:

1. Install K910_SS_S_2_040_0109_131226.qsb via sdfuse.

2. Copy VIBEUI_V1.5_1416_DEV_K910_NK_W.zip on your sdcard root.

3. Boot in CWM via adb (fastboot boot recovery.img).

4. Install zip VIBEUI_V1.5_1416_DEV_K910_NK_W

5. Select sideload install option from cwm

6. Adb sideload update.zip (superSUbinary).

7. Adb sideload downloaded Gapps4.4 signed zip from here http://forum.xda-developers.co.....m/show….php?t=2397942. I choosed mini modular package. Don't use that chinese gms 4.4 installer.

8. Reboot

The 1419 update doesn't work properly for me, flashing it and installing root and gapps work until the phone starts then it just says "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" and it immedately comes back if I press OK. But the whole system is there including the google stuff, superSU etc but the phone error thing just kills it.

Guys, Don't touch 1419 update it's seriously screwedup, you just get the .com service has failed error.repeatedly

Went back to 1416_3 as that works properly

used factory mode and flashed back with USB2Go adapter with SDFUSE with unlocked bootloader update.

Bricked my Lenovo?

Hello! I'd like to ask for help. I flashed LENOVO K910 VibeUI – 1419 on my Vibe Z K910. I made the sideload forget SuperSU and Gapps. I didn't have time to put the stock rom back(sdfuse), but I found this: Lenovo K910_recovery_unlock_bootloader_djking here: http://djking.info/forum/viewt.....?f=20&t=78 ( !_Runme.bat ) I made a mistake, this is 4.2.2. I got to CWM and hit "reboot system", and it was the end: stuck on lenovo bootlogo. No USB connection, no recovery, no service menu (Lenovo download mode). The phone vibrates and shows Lenovo logo when connected to USB. Nothing more. My operating system is win7. Can you please help?
