   I try to update the phone, I create sdfuse folder on the phone, I unrar the firware files that I have download, I put them directly in the folder in the phone, When I restart the phone in update mode and go the SD update, it told me that the was no gpst files

   Can you expain me the procedure in detail?

   I have the chinese version of the K920

   Greetings,

   I have the Lenovo Vibe Z2 (NOT THE PRO)

   Is there any custom rom?

   I need to uninstall this Lenovo Security but i can't… i tried every tool out there but all fail to root so i can't uninstall..

   Is there any custom rom to install ??

   Proper English Translation for those who cannot follow the translation given:

   Install with QSB Method :

   Need a memory card, create folder sdfuse and copy to install on this ROM (QSB tailed).

   No need of a memory card – They are refering to Phone Memory.
   a) normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device;

   b) New sdfuse folder, unrar the downloaded firmware, and copied file QSB to the phone sdfuse directory;
   Steps a and b are just to create a folder called "sdfuse" and copy the unrared qsb file into it.

   Note: Make sure before upgrading phone there is a certain amount of power
   2. T card upgrade process

   Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot, a menu appears and select the fourth SDUPDATE, the bottom of the screen you can see the progress and status upgrade

   Enter Download mode by switching off phone, then pressing Volume Up + Power Key together.

   Select the 4th option "SD Card Update" and continue the process and voila – you are done!

   See "SDCARD UPDATE SUCCESS!!!" Indicates a successful upgrade

     I followed all these steps
     I created "sdfuse" I copied the file "QSB"

     The phone rebooted and the screen in now black witch "LENOVO  Android"

     I waited 10 minutes and nothing changes

     I started again with the controls Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot

     AND A droidboot / I HAVE NOT SDUPDATE !!!!

     Now unable to connect with my pc :"normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device" -> KO

   Hi, i have China version K920 Pro  (Update Official ROM Lenovo K920 / Vibe Z2 Pro version: K920_USER_S143_1412231450_3030446_ST_TS_CN

   Gapps not include – No Rooted),  i made update, all ok work great, but how to install Gapps and Root. Thank you!

   hey i installed the cn firmware and used qsb know it starts and with half black screen and doesnt load any os just opens the recovery and since i cant copy files to sd i cant copy other firmeware into my mobile phone is here any solution ? reset doesnt work wiping doesnt work .can anybody help me ?

    azizanwari, you said it shows half lack screen, can you sure that doen't represent a broken screen ? if yes, then you have problen with only your firmware, since you have CN try to flash the very first stock qpst file, if you can't get qsb loader port, try switching off your mobile then use usb to connect to your pc then before the charging screen shows up, hit vol- button and hold you will get qsb EDL port for like 5 sec ,i.e you got to download the firmware in 5sec
