ROM Install :
QPST
1.Connect your phone to PC and let the driver install
2.Install QPST
3.Open QPST Configuration -> Add new port -> Select the com port of your device -> exit
4.Go to Start -> All Programs -> QPST eMMC Software Download open the tool -> Check program boot loaders -> Browse for the device com port
5.Click Load XML def and browse for yuanrawprogram_unsparse.xml in folder ROM
6.Click Load Patch def and browse for patch0.xml in folder ROM
7.Check the search path 2 and browse for the folder ROM
11.Now click download, wait for the download to finish (it never finish but it also detects for a new driver, and that’s important)
and it will search for the new hardware found, install the driver
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

if you search for Indian version I think you should search ROM with p1a42. Somebody at xda developer said it.

TinyDeal vásároltam a Lenovo P1 telefont.,
2015.december 16-án frissítették a telefon szoftverét, ami a kétnyelvű menüvé felülírta a többnyelvű szoftvert. Az új frissítés az ujjlenyomat régi menüjét is törölte. Az ujjlenyomatleolvasót a régi menüvel sem lehetett azonosítani, mert nem ismerte fel a rezgés után az ujjamat.
Hiba a frissítésnél az, hogy a Google Play Áruházat is felülírta, mert csak a kínai Áruház van, amit nem tudok használni, mert nem értem a kínai nyelvet. Nekem szükségem van a Google Play Áruházra, ahol be tudok jelentkezni az e-mail címemmel, mert a vásárolt alkalmazásokat csak ott tudom letölteni, használni. Kínai Áruházból letöltöttem a Google Play Áruházat, de nem tudtam használni, egymást követő gyors sok hibaüzenő panelek jelentek meg, ami teljesen megzavarta a telefon működését. Nehezen tudtam le törölni az alkalmazást, mert a hibaüzenő panelek nem engedtek ki menni a menüből. Többször visszaállítottam a telefont a gyári beállításra, de az sem oldotta meg a hibákat. Kérdésem, hogy miért nincsen gyárilag telepítve a Google alkalmazások, mert a kínait alkalmazásokat Európában senki nem tudja használni a telefon. A frissítés előtt volt Google Play Áruház, most miért írta felül a frissítés? Összesen négy gyári alkalmazás volt az első verzióban, de legalább el lehetett indítani a telefon működését, testre lehetett alakítani az alkalmazások letöltésével

Rom P1A42 can't root , just P1C42 can root.
3 first rom on this forum didn't work on P1C42, ONLY THIS
Before flash with QPST, just keep VOLUME UP and plug USB and port will detect

I think before root, should be careful with the ROM version, coz P1 phone has different type like p1c72 (aka P1 pro with 3GB RAM), p1c58 and p1a42 as well as p1c42
i installed this rom..this is not p1c58….this is p1c72..please anybody can give me a p1c58
P1c58_USR_ST1548_5.98.1_1511261403_Q20252.2_CN downloaded this from a china site and asking for a password
I do not recommend this ROM for the following reasons:
1. Not for P1c58 but for P1c72.
2. The installation process described is not correct, I had to see several tutorials to be able to do the flashing.
3. After installing the ROM in a P1c58 I could show that it has a lot of junk software, the play store nor the camera work, they throw error "unfortunately stopped and connection error with the camera".
In conclusion if they wanted to fix a problem with version 6.0 of P1 they will not achieve with this ROM as it has more errors than Marshmallow itself.

my battery is drained with p1a42 Marshmallow and I wanted to go back to stock
turns out Stock was MOD by Tinydeal or whoever supplies them
I cannot find a p1c58 ROM
Any ideas?
