This ROM have original Lenovo recovery, but if you want I attached a CWM recovery for S820

Install ROM : If your phone made 04.2014 or later, have to use for the flash the New_Preloader.bin
Watch this video
- Download FlashTool, extratct and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Download the rom and the system.zip. Extract the rom, and extract the system.img to rom folder
- With Flashtool select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- select DA DL All with Checksum
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press Firmware Upgrade"
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- install the vcom driver if you don't do this before
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after, yellow, grey and green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

I have two problems with this ROM
1- in the Some right-to-left languages like Farsi(فارسی) When ringing phone numbers are not displayed properly
2- When connecting the phone to the PC To install applications ( like Mobogenie3 , moborobo and Wondershare MobileGo for Android ) the security in the phone dos not disable . in the row version you can go to setting / security & screen lock / and tik unknown sources and untik verify apps and install apps from pc . but in this rom the security dos not disable and you must confirm for all apps pne by one .
If possible, please fix this problem in the next update .

it is very nice ROM Vibe2.0 ,V1447, it works smoothly and lightly.At the begining I only faced hard task what to do ??!!
,and decided to rename the file New_Preloader.bin like a preloader.bin(120kb) ,and to delete checksum as in the "video " and so I successed to install the rom successfully.

I installed your ROM on my phone. It works good – great job, but I have important bug:
- not worked localization position via wi-fi and mobile data (except google application), localization via GPS worked properly.
My current settings is: GPS and wi-fi and mobile data enabled.
